Budget-conscious sweet tooths are in luck for the remainder of September.

So, for one more week, customers can scoop, sip, or dip their fries into a Classic Chocolate or Vanilla Frosty and Wendy's locations nationwide.
When is the best and worst time for ice cream?
According to the press release from the burger chain, they partnered with McBroken.com, which tracks the service status of ice cream machines at every McDonald's location in the U.S., to determine when they were most unavailable.
According to the data, those ice cream machines were most often out of service between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., and for an average of two to three hours at a time. The cities most afflicted by these ice cream outages were Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas, New York and Los Angeles, according to Wendy's.
